Is Downtown Bryan a good place to live and work? The more involved we are in downtown the more questions we have. Like who wants to live downtown, how much are rents, what are the “right” businesses for downtown, how much office space is there, how many people visit, what do houses sell for, are values going up or down? So…we dug up some answers put it together in our first State of Downtown report.
